Team Management

Multiple team members can share a workspace. Each member can view runs, manage configuration, and invite others. Workspace membership is separate from Azure DevOps permissions — it gates Dashboard access, not who can trigger the agent.

Members page

Who can use the Dashboard for this workspace, and any pending invites.

Members page
  • Members — current users with their email and join date. Remove revokes Dashboard access for that person.
  • Invitations — pending invites with expiry dates. Create invite generates a one-time link valid for 7 days; Revoke kills an unused invite.
  • You can't remove yourself. Have a teammate do it if needed.

Inviting members

  1. Go to Members in the Dashboard sidebar
  2. Click Create Invite
  3. Copy the invite link and share it with your team member
  4. The link is valid for 7 days and can be used once
  5. The invitee clicks the link, signs in with their Microsoft account, and joins the workspace

Managing invites

You can see pending invites on the Members page. Unused invites can be deleted before they expire. Once an invite is redeemed, it no longer appears in the pending list.

Removing members

Any workspace member can remove another member from the workspace. You cannot remove yourself.

Note: Workspace membership is separate from Azure DevOps permissions. Dashboard access (viewing runs, managing configuration) requires workspace membership. Triggering the agent requires being in the allowed Azure DevOps group.
