Managing Workspaces
A workspace is the top-level container in Azent. It connects to one Azure DevOps organization and holds all configuration, skills, and team members. Every Azent install is multi-tenant, so a workspace owns its own DevOps connection, members, skills, and plan.
Workspace selection
The first thing you see after signing in. Pick the workspace you want to work in, or create a new one.

- •Click a workspace to enter it. The URL becomes
/w/<workspace-id>/homeand stays there until you switch. - •You can return to this page at any time via the user menu in the top right of any workspace page.
Creating a workspace
Click Create Workspace in the Dashboard and provide the required fields. See SaaS Setup for the full walkthrough.
In SaaS mode you don't create a workspace directly from the selection page. After purchasing a subscription you receive a claim link; opening that link is what unlocks the creation form. In self-hosted mode a Create workspace button is always visible.
Workspace home
The dashboard for the workspace. Shows plan health at the top, what's running right now, and what ran in the last 24 hours.

- •Plan strip — subscription validity, days remaining, concurrent-run usage, agent-hour usage, and enabled-project count. Bars turn red when you're at the limit.
- •Active runs — every Queued or Running agent right now. Click a row to open it.
- •Recent runs — everything that started in the last 24 hours. View all jumps to the full Runs page.
- •The Plan OK badge in the header is the entry point to the full Plan & Usage page.
