Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and understand how you interact with it. Some cookies are essential for the website to function, while others help us improve your experience.

2. Cookies we use

Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the website and service to function. They cannot be disabled.

Cookieless analytics (default)

By default we use PostHog in cookieless mode. No cookies or other identifiers are stored on your device. PostHog derives a daily, anonymous identifier on the server from a hash of your IP address, user agent, and a daily salt — sufficient to count page views and aggregate usage, but not to track you across days or devices. This runs from the moment you load the page and does not require your consent.

PostHog is configured with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics data is hosted in the European Union.

Optional analytics cookies

If you accept the cookie banner, PostHog upgrades to its standard cookie-based mode. This gives us a stable, persistent identifier so we can recognize returning visitors, follow user journeys across multiple visits, and run funnels. You can decline the banner — we'll stay in cookieless mode.

3. Third-party cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties. The only third-party cookies on this site are from PostHog for analytics purposes as described above.

4. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View and delete existing cookies.
  • Block cookies from specific or all websites.
  • Set preferences for certain types of cookies.

Please note that disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from functioning correctly.

You can also opt out of PostHog analytics by enabling the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser — PostHog respects this signal.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
